CMB Export, unlike many regional centers, only takes EB-5 investors, which means that their entire operation is structured with the express intent of qualifying their investors under the program.
It also means that CMB is attuned to what EB-5 investors typically consider as their highest priorities. Patrick Hogan, President of CMB, had this to say:
“We believe foreign nationals want the investment to be as safe as it can be, such that the likelihood of a full return of their capital is highly likely. [In terms of priorities] the return on the investment is a distant 3rd. accordingly, CMB’s highest priorities are to qualifying our investors for a permanent green card and to safely return to their original capital investment.”
